Patrick and Julie were incredible during the sale of our home! It took me a while between first contacting them and the actual listing due to the amount of work I had to do to get the house ready, but Patrick stayed in touch and on top of the process while I was getting ready. When we finally put the house on the market, we were able to sell within 2 weeks, at almost the listing price of our home. They are spot on with the pricing, and know the area so well that with the right price, we sold very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to sell their home!

While it was a sudden decision to seriously consider buying a house, it was easy to choose McSharry and Associates as both Julie and Patrick had independently been recommended to us. Julie kept us on track to facilitate our request for an amazingly quick closing. And even after the closing was complete, Patrick and Julie followed up with us to make sure we were settling into our new home well. We had just started looking for our home when we met Julie at an open house. She had such a friendly demeanor and was so easy to talk to that we ended up asking her all sorts of questions about buying a house, the market, and the neighborhood. Patrick was recommended by a colleague when my husband and I were first looking to buy a house in the area. We met with him and knew immediately that he was the right person to help us buy our house. Patrick was very knowledgeable on the various areas and patient with the multiple homes we looked at before we found what we wanted. He answered all of our questions (and as first time home buyers there were a lot of questions) and helped guide us through the home buying process with ease. And after we bought our house, he kept in touch and would check in on how we were doing from time to time.
