We had been exploring the housing market for a year but when we got serious we started working with Patrick and Julie. At our first meeting we provided our preferences and they created a process focused on delivering the home that we wanted. They were very responsive to every request for a showing and provided an honest perspective on the pluses and minuses of every property. We really appreciated the expert advice they provided in negotiations which helped us get the house we wanted for the price we wanted to pay.
