We chose Patrick and Julie to sell our Glenmont home while we lived out-of-state. Every time we needed assistance, they were there for us. They saved us many trips from Vermont to Glenmont thanks to their willingness to go above and beyond expectations. The house was shown during fall/winter months and every time we needed something checked on, they personally took care of it. Whether we needed a reliable contractor for painting or a recommendation for lawn care or help with an estate sale held in the house, Pat and Julie were always available and reliable. They provided us with tremendous peace of mind throughout the entire sale process. They gave us solid advice on pricing, were able to negotiate effectively for us, and secured an excellent sale price, all during a slow time of year in a buyer’s market.
