From the beginning they took the time to explain how their approach to real estate may be different from others. They expressed they want their clients to feel heard, educated, and supported. After a few years and many offers later, I can say that’s true! Julie responded to every question we had. In the fast-paced pandemic market, houses were listed and sold the same weekend. Julie always made herself available or had someone cover if she had a conflict so we could get in to see a property quickly. Julie and Patrick were quick to pull comps and make offers on tight timelines. And most importantly, they never pressured us into making an offer on a home we didn’t like. They didn’t advise us to make offers above our comfort level, or forgo inspections just to close a deal. In fact, Julie was likely to point out things that may not meet our needs so we didn’t make an offer on a home that wouldn’t serve us. That made us feel supported as we finally found our new home. And along the way, we found a new friend! If you are looking for a caring, knowledgable, and well-respected realtor I can’t recommend McSharry and Associates Realty enough.

Julie and Patrick are an exceptional team. They helped me navigate a difficult home buying process while I was remote. Always available, they answered all of my questions with a wealth of knowledge and were quick to arrange virtual showings. Most importantly, I never got the feeling that they were working for a quick sale and were instead working to help find a house that would be a good fit for me. There were opportunities where a less ethical realtor could have pressured me, but both Julie and Patrick were voices of reason.

At the time I worked with Patrick and Julie I was in the midst of three real estate transactions, each in a different state. The McSharry’s were, by far measure, so much better than the other realtors I worked with. They marketed my home as if it was their own. From meeting to discuss what I felt made my home special, they set a far price. Not a price to sell overnight as other realtors had suggested, but a price that would find the right buyer while reflecting the value in the home. They helped me stage, took great photos, and when there was a showing came by to make sure the lights were on, even returning after a showing to make certain the lights were off and the house was secure. They were respectful and professional. Throughout the process I felt I was in the hands of an extraordinary team.
