Our search for our family home took much longer than most and they stuck with us. I never felt rushed or like I was being talked into making an offer. We were moving from out of town and knew very little about the capital district. Julie was responsive and supportive from the start. She really worked to understand our needs and offered loads of information on different area to help us find a good fit.
With the competitive market, Julie was willing to do virtual tours with us so that we had the opportunity to put in offers on homes it wouldn’t have been possible for us to see in-person. Having her as our eyes on the ground was amazing. She was always honest with her insights and offered positives and negatives as she walked through.
When it came to putting in offers, the McSharry’s expertise helped us stay grounded in the frantic flurry of multiple bid situations. Julie’s energy was very zen (which you need in those moments!). She helped us to make offers that we were at peace with, whether they were accepted or not.
