Patrick and Julie are not only kind, compassionate, understanding, and flexible....but they are the most honest realtors I’ve ever met. Moving to the Bethlehem area from out of town (about an hour and a half away) was stressful and a bit scary, especially with such a fast market and properties selling in a matter of days.... but Julie and Patrick made it so much easier for us, bending over backward to work with our difficult schedules, as well as steering us in the most practical and financially sound direction for our situation. They were such a pleasure to work with and we are so lucky to have found them.... especially since we made our choice based on reviews alone. They truly exceeded all of our expectations and we couldn’t be happier to recommend them to everyone in the area!!!!

This was a wonderful recommendation and with their help we found our new home in a great neighborhood and in our price range. We purchased a home in September and Patrick and Julie were our buyers' agents. We researched local real estate agents and were very impressed with their website and their description of themselves and their approach to assisting clients. From our very first meeting with them, we knew we had chosen the perfect realtors to work with. And we appreciate the fact that the McSharrys donate a portion of their proceeds from the transaction to a local charity and that we were given the opportunity to choose the recipient.
