Julie and Patrick are a fantastic team that helped my wife and I buy our first home. They were very knowledgeable about the area, knew what to keep an eye out for as potential problems during showings, and always quick and happy to respond to all of our questions. They provided consistently exceptional service on a home search that took multiple months and included dozens of showings in that time until we finally found the one. At that point they went to work on helping us get the best price we could which ended up being quite under the list price and including appliances that were not originally part of the listing to maximize our value. I can not recommend Julie and Patrick enough. Their commitment to doing right by their clients was evident from our first meeting through the closing.

We’re a nonresident family that decided to invest at second time on real-state’s business in Albany area, our experience with Julie and Patrick was very good and challengeable because we have English as our second language and our English’s skills are bad... but they were very kind and patient, specially because we believe that finding house needs a special connection and feelings, for that reason why we refuse to use an interpreter and submitted Patrick and Julie to the challenge of understanding us! Patrick and Julie are the absolute best. They were extremely patient with my family as we tried to find a home that suited us, and were always careful to point out items that would need fixing, replacing, etc. Patrick and Julie always made time to show us homes that we were interested in, and were not bothered in the least by our kids peppering them with questions of their own. They were there for us from start to finish - every showing, inspection, and at the closing. At no point were they complacent. I couldn't have asked for more.

Patrick and Julie are extremely kind, professional, patient, authentic, and genuine in their drive to find their buyers the right house. They are realistic and honest in the advice and guidance they give, and never once made us feel pressured to make a decision before we were ready to make it. They make every effort to make themselves available as much as they are able for showings or corresponding over email. Bonus: they give back to the local community, which is extremely admirable. We are so grateful we found them and had them to guide us through this process!!!! We would definitely recommend them to other buyers (and sellers too, although we haven't used them for that... yet!).
