They were both so helpful and patient throughout the process, always making themselves available even with short notice (both in person and via e-mail). Being new to selling, they were always there to calm our nerves and walk us through whatever we needed. We can’t emphasize how much we appreciated that. Both are very knowledgeable of the communities in the surrounding areas, which proved to be super helpful every time! They understood what we wanted/our tastes, and worked hard to get it for us. They are realistic and honest in the advice and guidance they give, and never once made us feel pressured to make a decision before we were ready to make it.
