We started our process with them over 6 years ago. From day one, they truly got to know us and what was important to us in buying a home. They will console you when you lose out on a house to a cash buyer and they will let you know when you are about to offer way too much on a property (and one that probably has vermiculite) because you are panicked about another bidding war. We were given the recommendation to reach out to Patrick and his wife, Julie, by a family friend who lives in the area. As first time homeowners, the entire process seemed like a rollercoaster full of excitement, anxiety, stress, anticipation and overwhelming joy. The emotions were also heightened due to the markets craziness in this pandemic. With that said, Patrick helped enormously to bring calm and comfort throughout the process. Patrick went above and beyond his responsibilities as a realtor and took on the role of a mentor from the first moment he sensed our uneasiness. Patrick was patient with us as we flip flopped between locations and smothered him with daily questions. Day or night it never took him more than a minute or two to respond to our messages or calls. Patrick proved to be an accessible, knowledgable partner from day one. Keeping our best interest in mind, he knew what to look for and ask about in every property we saw, while summarizing the information in a way that made sense and provided confidence. Patrick was prompt and detailed when relaying information to the sellers about every single contingency we brought up. I honestly don't know how he was able to give us (what felt like) his undivided attention from the first day we met until the day he handed us our keys. We have now been living here for more than a month and my wife and I are so incredibly happy. I don't plan on getting new property any time soon but when the day comes, I can guarantee that Patrick will be the first and only person I call. Unlike other reviews for restaurants or consumer products, this review is so much more important and took me more than a month to get on paper because I still feel as if I am in shock. This house is everything we hoped for and more and it is largely due to Patrick's phenomenal skills in what he does.
