The short review: Patrick and Julie are simply the best and they far exceeded any and all of my expectations for selling my house. I cannot say enough good things about McSharry and Associates. I found them on yelp because I now live far from the Albany area and was struggling to find a real estate agent. Upon my first call, Patrick answered a number of my questions and we scheduled a time to meet and see the house. Patrick and Julie had a whole presentation to go over with me at our first meeting. This included what I could expect working with them, the strategies and tools they use, their commitment to the community, and most importantly, their values. Integrity and a commitment to their clients were two values that they discussed during our first meeting and were present throughout the entire process. My house ended up getting an offer (above asking!) within a week of being on the market. I truly don't think this could have come together without their guidance and expertise. Patrick and Julie were wonderful to work with when I sold my condo. Julie took beautiful photos that highlighted the selling points of the property. I moved to the west coast while it was on the market and they made the entire process extremely easy for me. They made regular check-ins to make sure everything was OK and also provided regular updates when there was new competition hitting the market. The buyer decided she did not want my washer and dryer and Patrick coordinated the removal for me. They were readily available to answer any questions and provide guidance. Another reason to choose McSharry and Associates is because they give a portion of their commission to a local charity of your choosing. Such a great bonus to working with them!
