What we particular appreciated was the absence of a "hard sell" approach and instead a focus on information, data, our expectations and our needs. We were selling so what I really loved was them asking us what we loved about the house to help them consider their marketing strategy. They were great listeners, honest and knowledgeable about how to prepare the house for the market. We accepted and implemented their strategies and were over the top pleased with the results of our sale. They were also exceptionally responsive and thorough about every single milestone we agreed on. They were awesome to work with. NO DRAMA. Clearly a commitment to excellence. They had quite a challenge to deal with-for starters, my husband and I had very different versions of our dream house- but with patience and insight, they helped us realize our common goals and led us to a great house in the exact neighborhood we had dreamed of. Julie and Patrick were a constant presence; concerned, knowledgeable and insightful. They responded immediately to texts or phone calls and used their expertise to reassure us when we were struggling or overwhelmed with the process.
Despite a myriad of things going wrong, they remained a steadfast and calming presence, supplying names of dependable and reasonable contractors, clearing the way to both rehab our new home and get our old house ready to sell.
It's hard to say enough about Julie and Patrick. They are unfailingly honest and squarely on the side of the client. We were a little shocked at first when Julie would point out potential issues with homes we were considering. It's never about just making the sale for them. All told, our process took over a year, but we were never rushed and always felt we were being given valuable and pertinent information to inform our decisions.
Finally, Julie and Patrick are wonderful people. They are pleasant, disarming and fun to work with. We were so pleased to learn that they donate a portion of their proceeds to a local charity of the client's choice.
