Preparing for a photo shoot

Want to know the secret to great real estate photography? Preparation! With a bit of work prior to our arrival, you can help us ensure your home truly shines in the listing pictures. We have created a list of tasks to complete before we take the photos. Not able to get it all done, no worries we will help!

Outside your home-

• Remove cars from driveway
• Put away garden toys and hoses
• Close garage doors
• Arrange outdoor furniture

Inside your home-

• Open all curtains and blinds
• Tun on all lights and turn off all fans
• Coats, bags, shoes should be out of sight
• Surfaces and counters should be decluttered
• Appliances clean and shiny.
• Hang towels evenly on racks
• Straighten bedding
• Remove animal beds and toys
• Hide waste baskets
