Lifestyle Checklist

Here at McSharry and Associates, we know that a lot goes into finding the right home and we want you to end up in a home you love that is ideally suited for your current lifestyle. 

To help with that, we ask new clients to complete a Lifestyle Survey, which is designed to better understand their priorities. The survey asks you to consider 27 factors and to rank them on a scale of 1 (not at all important) to 5 (extremely important). The items range from walkability to garage storage to views to access to public transit to privacy. While there are no right answers, we hope the survey helps you prioritize what you want in a home. Unfortunately, it’s unlikely your new home will have everything you are looking for so understanding which factors are truly the most important to you can definitely help determine when you should compromise and when you should wait it out.

We strongly believe that homes are so much more than bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage, they are where we live our lives and make our memories.  Understanding what really matters to you will help ensure you find the right home for your life!
