They are also very good at what they do. They have been working in the Capital District for decades and know the area inside and out. They know how to price and market to generate interest. They have established relationships, which keeps things running smoothly, and they stay actively involved all the way through closing. Anytime we had any questions, we would reach out and we heard back from the same day. It was very reassuring.

Patrick And Julie were awesome to work with!!!! They are very attentive, willing to answer any question thrown their way and always willing to work you in if you find a house you are just dying to go look at! I appreciated the fact that they helped me every step along the way, even if it was not something that they personally deal with. Made me feel like I was in good hands and was going to make it through the process despite not knowing what I was getting into (First time homebuyer)! If I decide to upgrade houses I am most definitely going back to them again!

Coming from Long Island, we started our search about a year before finally purchasing.
